This study proposes an AI-based model to address organizational resilience in the context of external crisis factors. While the existing literature predominantly focuses on internal processes, the impact of external factors remains underexplored. By integrating technologies such as big data analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing, the proposed model enhances organizations' ability to respond swiftly to external crises and build sustainable resilience. This research addresses theoretical gaps and offers a practical framework for advancing crisis management practices through AI-based solutions.Downloads
