The aim of this study is to systematically examine the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in enhancing organizational resilience against crises. In this context, research obtained from the Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus databases was analyzed to explore how HRM practices contribute to building organizational resilience. The study addresses the impact of key HRM functions, such as staffing, training and development, performance management, compensation management, occupational health and safety, on crisis management. The findings demonstrate that HRM practices enhance the speed of adaptation to crises, thereby supporting organizational performance and long-term success. Moreover, it emphasizes that HRM plays a critical role as a strategic tool in building organizational resilience. Consequently, it is revealed that the implementation of HRM strategies through a holistic approach is essential for ensuring effective resilience in organizational crises
